Who we are
Atlas & Medina is a trading name of Altus Lumen Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17331447. These terms govern all bookings made through this website. By completing a booking you accept them on behalf of everyone in your party.
Your booking contract
A contract between you and Altus Lumen Ltd is formed when your payment is confirmed and you receive our booking confirmation by email. Until that confirmation is issued, no booking exists and no obligation arises on either side.
Prices and what's included
All prices are shown in euros (EUR), per person unless stated otherwise. Each tour page lists exactly what is included and what is not; only the items listed as included form part of your booking. Prices may change for future bookings, but never for a booking already confirmed.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that everyone in your party meets the fitness level described on the tour page, arrives at the meeting point on time, and carries any documents needed for the day. We strongly recommend that all travellers hold travel insurance covering activities abroad. Anyone whose condition or behaviour endangers the group may be refused participation without refund.
Changes to itineraries
Weather, road conditions and safety come first. We reserve the right to alter an itinerary, reverse its order, or substitute stops of equivalent value where our guides judge it necessary. Where a change materially reduces what you booked, our cancellation policy applies and you may choose a full refund or a rebooking.
Liability
Our tours are delivered by licensed local guides and vetted, insured local partners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms and any booking made under them are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute — without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
