What we collect
When you book or contact us we collect the details needed to run your tour: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and your booking details (tour, date, party size, and any notes you give us such as dietary needs or hotel name). We collect nothing beyond what the booking requires.
How we use it
Your data is used only to operate your booking and send the communications it requires: confirmation, meeting-point details, pickup times, and any changes to your tour. We do not send marketing you haven't asked for.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored — or even seen — by us.
What we never do
We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties beyond what is strictly required to deliver your tour (for example, giving your first name and party size to your guide) or comply with the law.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to hello@atlasandmedina.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses only minimal, functional cookies — the ones needed to remember your language and complete a booking. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.
