Free cancellation up to 24 hours before
You can cancel any booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour. Cancel within this window and we refund 100% of what you paid — no questions, no fees.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. By that point guides, drivers and partner camps are confirmed and paid for your departure. If something serious comes up, contact us anyway — where we can move you to another date at no cost, we will.
No-shows
If you do not arrive at the meeting point (or are not present for pickup) and have not contacted us, the booking is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable. Running late? Message us on WhatsApp — guides wait whenever the day's schedule allows.
If we cancel — weather or safety
Occasionally we cancel a departure ourselves: dangerous weather, road closures, or any situation where our guides judge the day unsafe. In every such case you choose between a full refund and a free rebooking on the date of your choice. We never pass weather risk on to you.
How to cancel
Email us at hello@atlasandmedina.com or message us on WhatsApp at +44 7828 726017, quoting the name on the booking and the tour date. Your cancellation takes effect from the moment we receive your message, and we confirm it in writing.
Refunds
All refunds go back to the original payment method. We issue the refund the same day we confirm your cancellation; depending on your bank or card issuer it typically appears within 5–10 business days.
